  • Client Engagement

    Our bid writing process always begins with a thorough review of your tender documents. Once we have a clear understanding, we will provide a quote for our services. 

    You are then introduced to your Lead Bid Writer, who will be your primary point of contact throughout the process. You will work closely with your Lead Bid Writer but rest assured that we have stringent quality assurances procedures in place to ensure the highest quality of submission.

  • Bid Writing

    The next step involves detailed planning and strategising. We conduct a project kick-off meeting  with you where we create a project plan, understand the client requests and brainstorm the best ways to answer the questions.  A comprehensive GAP analysis is performed, and we agree on the necessary actions to be taken. We then begin storyboarding and generating winning themes and unique selling propositions (USPs).

    Once everything is in place, the actual bid writing begins. Our skilled writers work tirelessly to produce a compelling first draft that effectively communicates your value proposition.

  • Review and Quality Assurance

    After writing the first draft, we conduct a full strategic review led by one of our management team. We critically assess the written bid and challenge ourselves to make it even better and add maximum value.

    We then send it to you for approval, incorporating your feedback and making necessary amendments until both parties are satisfied.

  • Submission and Debrief

    Once everyone involved is happy with the bid’s content, it is officially signed off. If needed, we can assist with uploading and submitting the bid.

    Finally, we schedule a debrief to discuss the process, outcomes, and any potential areas for improvement.
