If we draft our own tender, can you review it for us? If so, how much would it cost?
We offer three types of bid review service including:
Review & Comment: a light tough service where we will review compliance, response structure, unique selling points and added value.
Review & Improve: a more in-depth review, where our experts will review your draft tender, comment and assist with improvements on the written content and then manage the process through to completion for you.
Strategy, Review & Improve: a strategic review whereby we will be involved from the beginning of the tender process which will allow you the option to draft your responses following our guidance and support. We will support with the storyboard, structure and win themes of your tender prior to development of the draft.
We will discuss your requirements with you and quote accurately.
How long does it take you to write a tender?
Tenders can vary in length, number of questions, level of detail and complexity. In order to quote accurately we would need to see the tender documentation and understand your business first.
What are your payment terms?
50% cost upfront and 50% on completion of the bid.
Who will work on my bid?
You will be assigned a dedicated experienced bid lead to work with you on your tender and fully understand what is involved and required when writing a winning tender. We will always allocate the writer who possesses to most amount of experience within your industry to support.
How much does it cost to write a bid?
We appreciate that outsourcing tenders is an investment. Each bid is a unique project and as such we need to review the tender documentation in order to provide an accurate price. We will discuss and formulate a cost that is feasible and manageable to you.
How can you help if you don’t know our business?
We have a wealth of sector experience and during the initial stages of our process, we will invest time getting to know you and understand how your business operates and your bidding requirements. This may include spending time in your offices, on site, speaking with your subject matter experts to gain a greater insight into your operations and review your previous tenders to gauge how we can improve your collateral.
Do you offer any discounts for repeat work?
